Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Senior QAQC Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry specifically on offshore pipeline projects. Successful candidate must perform below duties;

Responsible to supervise and manage EPC contractor and subcontractors, on behalf of the owner, to ensure compliance with project specific QA / QC requirements

Review / comment on the Project Quality Plan, Project Execution Plan and other Project Procedures / documents submitted by contractors

Plan and conduct Quality Audits on contractors and subcontractors to ensure that the QA requirements are properly identified and implemented in the Project execution phase

Skills / Qualifications

B.S. or equivalent Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 15 years relevant experience in oil and gas industry

Should be fully conversant with ISO 9001 and Quality System standards applicable for the projects in oil and gas industry

Lead Auditor of QMS, with extensive experience in conducting quality audits including compliance audits, vendor assessments

Should be able to develop quality plans, ITPs and other related QA / QC systems and procedures for projects

Must be fully familiar with international codes & standards to be applied during EPC phase of projects

Offshore Pipeline projects experience is mandatory
