Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is looking to recruit for a PMC Senior Interface Engineer to be deployed within a client Project Management Team on ADNOC project.

Successful candidate with my responsible to deliver below minimum duties;

Job purpose:

• Embedded in Integrated Project Management Team, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all internal and external project interface and interface focal point to outside stakeholders.
• Frequently in contact with Project Division Interface Management Team for interface planning, external projects, methodology, tools, consistency in approach.

Main accountabilities:

• Focal point for all interfaces related to Project.
• Monitor Consultant / Contractor work in terms of Interface Management (including but not limited to Interface Management Procedures, Interfaces identification, Interface Register).
• Manage all project related interfaces under Company responsibility with stakeholders external to Project (e.g other Adnoc Offshore entities, Divisions, Departments, ADNOC group companies, etc.)
• Participate closely with Company and Contractor discipline engineers / construction team / commissioning team for identification and resolution of interfaces.
• Ensure identification and facilitate interfaces with external projects / other Company activities.
• Keep the focus on minimizing project business impacts.

Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in project management and execution of major and mega Oil and Gas projects, of which a minimum of 5 years experience in project management / interface senior roles
• Offshore experience for brownfield projects is a must.
• Experience of interface management with Reservoir / Drilling / Operations team, on Company side is strongly recommended.
• Experience with tie-ins / shutdown / SIMOPS activities is strongly recommended.
