Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished PMC Project Director to lead a major infrastructure development programme in Dubai. The role requires a proven leader with extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure development (roads and bridges) in the UAE. The successful candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to oversee design, construction, and delivery to international standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the planning and execution.
• Manage project delivery on site
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors across multiple asset classes (residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and public realm).
• Oversee budget control, procurement strategies, and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and international best practices.
• Drive sustainability, innovation, and value engineering initiatives throughout the programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Uphold strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all phases.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record of delivering iconic, multi-billion-dollar projects in the Middle East, ideally Qatar or wider GCC.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• In-depth knowledge of project delivery methodologies, contract management (FIDIC or equivalent), and large-scale procurement.
• Relevant professional accreditation (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer/Architect) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cultural awareness skills.
