Description:
8 to 12+ Years of Total Experience in the domain of banking domain.
Optional - PMP Certified and practical experience of Project management of at least 5+ years
Must - Agile certification and agile experience of 4 to 5 yrs
In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and their application in the finance domain which includes financial consolidation, performance management, balance sheet preparation, and regulatory reporting within a complex organization, including managing reporting for multiple countries.
Extensive experience in leading and managing large size projects (5+ millions), with a strong track record of achieving results.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle a significant budget and ensure financial prudence.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and business users.
Project Management: Experience in managing finance technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
