Job Description
We are looking for
Plumbing Draughtsman
with Min 5+ years of UAE Experience in Building Construction ProjectsResponsibilities:
Prepare detailed plumbing and drainage drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD or relevant CAD software. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and civil teams to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems with other building services. Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and site requirements to produce accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings. Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements. Update drawings based on site modifications and consultant comments. Support the site team in resolving drawing-related technical issues during construction.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Drafting/Mechanical/Plumbing or equivalent. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of plumbing systems. Familiarity with relevant Building plumbing codes and standards. Minimum 4-8 years of experience in plumbing drafting for building projects. Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
