Develop accurate plumbing and drainage shop drawings using
AutoCAD
.
Prepare layouts for water supply, sewage, stormwater, and firefighting systems.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings for service coordination.
Ensure compliance with
UAE building codes
and
Dubai Municipality / ADM / DCD
standards.
Work closely with engineers and site teams for design adjustments and approvals.
Support in preparing
as-built drawings
and revisions as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Drafting or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE
as a Plumbing Draughtsman.
Good knowledge of UAE plumbing regulations and municipality submission standards.
Experience working with consultants and contractors in the UAE.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
