to join our MEP design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed plumbing and drainage drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
plumbing and drainage shop drawings
, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.
Coordinate with other disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Civil, Structural) to ensure proper system integration.
Review design drawings and prepare
as-built drawings
after project completion.
Ensure all drawings comply with
local authority standards and codes
.
Assist engineers and project managers with technical drafting support.
Maintain drawing records, revision history, and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5-8 years of experience
as a Plumbing Draughtsman in the construction or MEP industry.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
; knowledge of
Revit MEP
is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of
plumbing systems
, water supply, drainage, and fire-fighting layouts.
Ability to interpret design drawings and specifications accurately.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
