IMMEDIATE JOINING for a project based in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. Candidate should be available in UAE and ready to join on an immediate basis. (Candidates who need to serve 30 days notice period kindly ignore this post) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects. - Consult with clients, engineers, and architects to develop plumbing plans and specifications. - \xef\xbb\xbfDevelop plumbing and piping layouts for a variety of projects. - Prepare detailed drawings of plumbing systems, including both rough-in and fixtures. - \xef\xbb\xbfDevelop plumbing installation specifications and materials list for residential and commercial projects. - Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. - \xef\xbb\xbfCollaborate with other drafters to ensure accuracy of plumbing drawings. - \xef\xbb\xbfUpdate existing drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope. - \xef\xbb\xbfRegularly review work to ensure accuracy and quality. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 3 years of experience as Plumbing Draftsman in a \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfContracting company -Experience required preferably in GCC - Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics, and other technical documents. \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf-Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations. -\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfProficiency in using AutoCAD software -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings -Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
