Develop detailed 3D BIM models for plumbing systems including piping layouts, fixtures, equipment, and other plumbing components.
Collaborate closely with plumbing engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders to integrate plumbing designs into overall building and site plans.
Ensure BIM models accurately represent plumbing design intent and comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between plumbing systems and other building elements.
Generate accurate drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models for construction and installation purposes.
Support project teams by providing BIM expertise, participating in project coordination meetings, and assisting with design reviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
