Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing codes
Inspect plumbing systems to ensure proper operation and compliance
Install and repair pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
Respond to service calls and emergency repairs as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber
Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by state/local law)
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and safety standards
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Backflow, gas line, or drain-cleaning experience
OSHA or safety training certification
