Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and technical diagrams.
Perform routine maintenance on water supply systems and related equipment.
Install and troubleshoot water heaters, pumps, and filtration systems.
Respond to plumbing emergencies and provide efficient repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Provide accurate estimates for labor, material costs, and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in plumbing preferred.
Valid plumbing license (or ability to obtain one, depending on local requirements).
Minimum of 2-5 years of plumbing experience (varies based on role level).
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and industry standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
