. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across various properties, ensuring reliable water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems for tenants and facilities.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including water supply and drainage systems.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, and sanitary fixtures.
Maintain and repair water supply networks, drainage systems, and sewage lines.
Support preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with maintenance teams and other technicians to coordinate repairs and ensure efficient service delivery.
Follow company standards and comply with all quality, health, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in plumbing maintenance, preferably within the
real estate industry
.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and drainage systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
