K4 Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber with civil maintenance experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license and good English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
Collaborate with other maintenance and construction professionals to ensure timely project completion.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plumber, specifically in civil maintenance.
Valid UAE driving license.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
