Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced

Plumbers

to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have solid knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, sanitary fittings, and maintenance, with proven experience in high-rise and commercial projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Pipe Installation

Install water supply, drainage, and sanitary piping systems. Work with copper, PPR, PVC, and HDPE pipes as per project specifications.

Fixture & Equipment Installation

Install sanitary fixtures (WC, washbasins, urinals, showers, bathtubs). Connect water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.

Drawing Interpretation

Read and interpret plumbing and MEP drawings. Follow authority-approved shop drawings and consultant instructions.

Testing & Commissioning

Perform hydrostatic and pressure tests on water supply and drainage systems. Ensure leak-free and compliant installations before handover.

Maintenance & Repairs

Identify and repair plumbing faults and leaks on site. Replace or repair damaged pipes and fittings.

Coordination

Work with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to avoid service clashes. Ensure sequencing with civil and finishing works.

Quality Assurance

Ensure installations comply with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and authority standards. Maintain proper slopes for drainage and required clearances.

Safety Compliance

Follow site HSE rules and wear proper PPE. Ensure safe use of cutting, welding, and threading tools.

Tools & Material Management

Properly use, maintain, and store plumbing tools (threading machine, pipe cutters, welding machine). Report shortages of fittings or materials to the supervisor.

Reporting

Record daily progress of plumbing works. Notify the site supervisor of material or manpower requirements in advance.

Job Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Plumber in building construction. Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings. Familiarity with DEWA/Dubai Municipality plumbing codes preferred. Basic knowledge of safety practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
