Overview

ALTA VITA is seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record of excellence in all aspects of first fix and final fixings of plumbing systems. This includes installations of hot and cold water systems (HWCS), drainage systems, solar heating systems, and pumping systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including all aspects of first fix and final fixings.

- Efficiently handle installations of hot and cold water systems, ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

- Efficiently handle installations of chilled water systems, ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

- Install drainage systems, ensuring effective wastewater management and compliance with industry standards.

- Oversee the installation of solar heating systems to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in residential and commercial projects.

- Install and maintain pumping systems, ensuring proper functionality and reliability.

- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and effective completion of plumbing installations.

- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems and perform necessary repairs or upgrades as needed.

- Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently.

- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including installation reports and compliance checks.

- Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed on site to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber in a construction or installation setting.

- Extensive knowledge of first fix and final fix plumbing systems, including HWCS, chilled water, drainage, solar heating, and pumping systems.

- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality workmanship.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
