Key Responsibilities:
Install and repair piping systems for water supply, drainage, and sanitation in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layout and installation.
Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and pumps.
Test plumbing systems for leaks using air or water pressure gauges.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent plumbing issues.
Collaborate with other trades (e.g., electricians, HVAC technicians) on-site to coordinate installations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
