Job Description

Position: Plumber (Fitout Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

Installation & Fitting:

Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.

Assemble, install, and test pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications and layouts.

Install bathroom and kitchen fixtures such as sinks, taps, toilets, showers, water heaters, and accessories.

Connect plumbing systems to mechanical equipment, water tanks, and pumps.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Detect and repair leaks, blockages, and pressure issues in plumbing systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency plumbing issues.

Replace defective parts and ensure all plumbing systems are working efficiently.

Site Coordination & Quality:

Work closely with site supervisors and engineers to execute plumbing works as per approved drawings.

Follow approved material and installation methods to ensure quality and compliance.

Prepare daily work reports and material usage updates.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to safety procedures and site regulations at all times.

Ensure all plumbing work complies with Dubai Municipality and UAE plumbing codes.

Handle plumbing tools and equipment responsibly and maintain them in good condition.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma / ITI in Plumbing or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing works for interior or fitout projects in the UAE.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of PPR, copper, and PVC piping systems.

Ability to read plumbing drawings and installation details.

Familiarity with water heaters, pressure pumps, and sanitary fixtures.

Language: Basic English communication (Arabic is an advantage).
