Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Foreman to oversee and coordinate all site plumbing and MEP-related works for ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical services integration. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and timeline commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations related to plumbing and MEP installations. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project documents. Lead and manage teams of plumbers and MEP technicians on site. Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct inspections to ensure work is completed to standards and specifications. Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on site. Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Report project progress, delays, and issues to the project manager or engineer.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping installation, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts. Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
