to join our fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and retail interior fit-out projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan plumbing installations.
Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, water supply networks, and drainage systems in accordance with project specifications and plumbing codes.
Perform pressure tests and inspections to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure coordinated execution of plumbing works.
Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools.
Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions during the fit-out process.
Ensure timely completion of plumbing tasks within project timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site rules.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a plumber in fit-out or construction projects.
Certification or license in plumbing (as required by local laws/regulations).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or retail fit-outs.
Familiarity with HVAC and fire suppression systems is a plus.
