work Experience Good communication skills we are looking for experienced maintenance supervisors with Real Estate Experience in Dubai to supervise our maintenance team. Excellent salary package for the right candidates. + Visa, Medical Insurance, Accommodation + Annual Air Ticket provided. : - To coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair works in buildings and warehouse compounds. - to manage a team of workers, regularly inspecting the sites, executing works as necessary, maintaining equipment, and assigning workers to various tasks. Supervision /Coordination for day to day maintenance and Repairs as well as AMCs. Supervise Technical manpower during Installation and Repairs. Scheduling and Ensuring completion of job within time-frame. Ensuring the work completion with compliance of HSE procedures. Coordination with Subcontractors, Contractors, Client and Tenants. Ensuring maintenance contracts into the systems and allocating team for efficient service delivery ensuring Maintenance Administrator is aware. Coordinating, service teams, clients and others enquiries and providing guidance or resolution to problems. Organizing and preparing required documentation when required. Supporting and assisting the Maintenance Administrator, and Maintenance Service supervisors as and when required. Assigning appropriate service team within their corresponding zones attending to service schedules. Following up with updates for materials from procurement and notifying stores. Scheduling installation works as and when requested when the required materials are made available. Monitoring pending jobs and jobs in progress, reporting to Maintenance Administrator. Supporting in the implementation for a maintenance plan. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work Hiring of technical staff for installations, repairs or maintenance such as electricians, plumbers etc. Regular Inspection and maintain building HVAC.
