Job Description
- Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
- Fixing all plumbing problems in the construction
- repairs all plumbing issues in the units, the kitchen, bathroom, sanitary, etc
- Maintain accurate records on material used.
- Maintain inventory of district-owned tools, equipment, and materials.
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
