Install and repair plumbing fixtures including faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, pumps, and filters.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing failures and ensure system efficiency.
Inspect pipes, fittings, and fixtures to identify wear, damage, or required upgrades.
Clear clogged drains, sewage lines, and grease traps using appropriate tools.
Test plumbing systems to ensure proper flow, pressure, and functionality.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and facility maintenance requests.
Ensure all work is compliant with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Prepare reports on completed work, material usage, and system conditions.
Coordinate with supervisors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and contractors as needed.
Qualifications
Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques.
Ability to interpret plumbing drawings and technical manuals.
Experience in building or facility maintenance is preferred.
