To check all the waterlines on The Club premises To check all the wash basin taps in The Club To check all the drainage lines from the water taps, wash basins, showers and toilets To check all bar counter's drainage line and fix it immediately if there is any blockage or leakage Check all water heaters in change rooms for the leakages If any major problems are noticed it should be reported to the Chief Engineer to take immediate action Health Complex water pressure pump must be checked daily. If any variations are noticed, it should be reported to the Chief Engineer Toilets, shower area, locker and cubicle door locks are to be checked All water filters must be serviced and filter. It must be replaced on a regular basis Steam cylinders in the steam room must be serviced weekly and replaced when required Main water line and water pump must be checked daily for leakage and malfunctioning (pressure test). If any abnormalities are noticed it should be brought to the attention of the Chief Engineer immediately Staff accommodation bathroom, toilets and flush tank should be checked for any leaks If any repairs are required the Chief Engineer should be informed Safety equipment must be worn as when required Signage must be displayed if member's access is restricted due to the work being carried out Any task set by the Chief Engineer must be completed Communicate with the Chief Engineer at all times Always be willing to help colleagues as when required Daily maintenance work requests is a high priority Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
