We are looking for a passionate and experienced Play Center Lead to oversee the daily operations of one of our branches. This is a hands-on leadership role that ensures our high standards are consistently met across play zones, cafe services, and customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Supervision
Lead, coach, and supervise all branch staff, including play facilitators, cafe staff, and front-of-house teams.
Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance check-ins to maintain a motivated, customer-focused team.
Daily Operations
Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and shift coverage.
Ensure the branch meets safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence standards at all times.
Customer Experience
Serve as the main point of contact for families and guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable experience.
Proactively handle complaints, resolve issues on the spot, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where needed.
Sales & Inventory
Support the achievement of sales targets through upselling, service excellence, and promotions.
Oversee inventory management for retail, play materials, and cafe supplies; ensure accurate stock tracking and timely replenishment.
Experience Management
Coordinate and take ownership of all in-branch events, activities, and play experiences.
Ensure every interaction -- from playtime to cafe service -- aligns with our premium brand standards.
Operational Excellence
Be the go-to person on the floor, ready to step into any role when needed to ensure smooth branch operations.
Collaborate with head office and other departments on operational updates, marketing initiatives, and performance reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
retail, hospitality, or family entertainment
settings, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong
leadership skills
with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent

Comfortable with
