We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Play Attendant/ Cashier , enhance and ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. The Play Attendant will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner, and inform management of potential service and product issues before they arise.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Work well with children and parents
Ability to greet and provide excellent in-person customer service with a smile with excellent phone manners and etiquette.
Must have the ability to upsell and achieve targets
Ability to handle and resolve customer problems
Excellent interaction and communication skills
Ability to handle cash, reports and POS systems
Dependable and has a strong work ethic and team spirit
Should be flexible and accommodating for other duties, responsibilities, multitasking & activities, when required
Stock front desk, retail shelves, and inventory
Works well under pressure, flexibility to work late hours if required
