Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead interactive play sessions that support early learning goals through physical, sensory, and imaginative activities.
Create and manage sensory play setups (e.g., water tables, sand trays, textured materials, messy play, tactile stations) to support fine motor and sensory development.
Facilitate open-ended play experiences where children are encouraged to explore, question, and create.
Guide children through dramatic role-play zones (e.g., mini kitchen, pretend market, doctor's clinic, construction zone) to boost language, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Use music, movement, and storytelling to make learning fun and memorable.
Observe and track individual child development in areas such as communication, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and sensory processing.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that reflects curiosity, wonder, and joy.
Regularly rotate and refresh play materials, sensory bins, and themed setups to maintain interest and discovery.
Communicate clearly and positively with parents about children's experiences and milestones.
Collaborate with the team to organize interactive events, messy play days, and sensory exploration weeks.
