JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE OF JOB: To supervise young children in a safe and secure environment. Devise and participate in children\'s fun activities. Conduct general routine maintenance and cleaning duties around the children\'s play area to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness, security, and Health and Safety. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Supervised play attendant young children and ensuring a safe and secure environment. \xc2\xb7 Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. \xc2\xb7 Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy. \xc2\xb7 Ensure great customer service at all levels. \xc2\xb7 Quick and efficient response in a critical or emergency. \xc2\xb7 Interacting with the children and participating with enthusiasm in their fun activities. \xc2\xb7 Capable of taking on administrative tasks to deliver services. \xc2\xb7 Working experience in Soft Play area / Play Center / Kids\xe2\x80\x99 Zone/recreation / is a Must. \xc2\xb7 Escalating any risks/issues to the supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Sharing any ideas /suggestions for increasing the footfall. \xc2\xb7 Up-selling & suggestive selling. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of technical requirements/maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Host activities / games during our special events. Experience & Skill Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Previous 1 Years Supervisor experience working with children aged 4 to 12 Years of Kids. \xc2\xb7 Should be engaging with kids at work. \xc2\xb7 Happy and smiling nature. \xc2\xb7 The ability to use Point of Sale (POS) software. \xc2\xb7 The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional customer service skills. \xc2\xb7 Training Certificate (Attendant soft play area). \xc2\xb7 Advanced English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage) \xc2\xb7 Must be flexible to work in weekends/holidays and extend if needed.
