Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facility.
1) Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
2) Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
3) Receive complaints and resolve problems.
4) Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
5) Prepare and submit performance reports.
6) Check and prepare inventory reports.
7) Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy.
8) Ensure great customer service at all levels.
9) Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
10) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
