Plastic Surgery Client Advisor

to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their surgical journey, coordinating doctor schedules, operating theatre bookings, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from consultation to post-operative care.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plastic Surgery Client Advisor

, you will:

Consult with clients

: Discuss plastic surgery options, understand client goals, and recommend personalized treatments.

Coordinate appointments

: Book and confirm consultations, pre-op assessments, and follow-up visits with surgeons.

Manage doctor schedules

: Work with surgeons and partner hospitals to schedule surgeries and consultations.

Operating Theatre (OT) coordination

: Liaise with partner hospitals for OT bookings, ensuring all pre-op requirements (medical tests, consent forms, etc.) are met.

Sales targets

: Promote and sell plastic surgery services, packages, and memberships to achieve monthly revenue goals.

Client experience

: Ensure clients receive exceptional service and follow-up throughout their journey.

Team collaboration

: Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and clinic teams to maintain a smooth operation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree

(required).

Experience in sales

or client coordination in plastic surgery, aesthetic, or wellness sectors.

Familiarity with OT coordination

or surgery bookings with partner hospitals. Strong

communication

and

interpersonal skills

. Ability to

meet sales targets

and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred) Russian/Arabic language will be an added advantage.
