About the Role

We are seeking a

Plastic Recycling Machine Operator

to support daily recycling operations at our manufacturing facility in

Jebel Ali

. The role involves operating plastic recycling machinery, handling plastic waste and scrap, and ensuring efficient, safe, and continuous production.

This is a

hands-on position

suited for candidates with practical experience in plastic recycling, material handling, and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate plastic recycling machines as per production requirements Handle shredders, crushers, grinders, agglomerators, and washing lines Load plastic scrap and raw materials according to specifications Monitor machine parameters such as speed, temperature, pressure, and output Ensure proper segregation of plastic waste by material type Assist in maintaining consistent output quality and minimizing material loss Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues to the supervisor Carry out routine cleaning, housekeeping, and safe waste handling practices Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety guidelines Support maintenance activities during machine cleaning, changeovers, and shutdowns
Requirements

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience

in plastic recycling or factory machine operation Basic knowledge of plastic materials such as

PP, PE, PET, PC, ABS, PMMA

, or recycled polymers Experience working with shredders, crushers, grinders, or recycling machinery Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment Willingness to work shifts as per production requirements Experience in UAE or GCC manufacturing facilities is an advantage
