We are seeking a skilled

Plastic Factory Engineer

with a strong background in plastic manufacturing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, optimize operations, and ensure quality standards within our plastic factory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily operations in the plastic manufacturing process Monitor and improve production efficiency and product quality Troubleshoot technical issues related to plastic machinery and production lines Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows Maintain documentation and reports on production performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or Plastics Engineering, or a related field Proven experience working in a plastic manufacturing or processing plant Strong knowledge of plastic production machinery and techniques (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.) Familiarity with quality control and safety standards in the plastics industry Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities Proficient in relevant software and production monitoring tools

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a plastic factory or similar environment Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines Flexibility to work in shifts if required Strong analytical and organizational skills
