Before applying please make sure you fulfil our criteria to save your and our time as well. A Plastic Bag Manufacturing company is looking for Experienced plastic bag manufacturing supervisor. Requirements:
- Must have minimum 3 year experience in plastic factory menufaturing
- Manage all production operations
- Solve all technical issues
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to the production team.
- Oversee the production process; Develop and document effective processes to manufacture plastic bags that meet design and quality requirements.
- Work with the Assembly department to ensure on time delivery.
- Troubleshoot non-conforming parts, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action as needed.
- Enforce all policies, rules, and regulations established by the company.
- Assign machines for operators to run prior to the start of each shift.
- Schedule and assign employees to specific tasks based upon amount of employees\xe2\x80\x99 time available and work to be done.
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
