Job Description
10 -15 years of experience in Hot Dip Galvanizing industry Minimum 5 years as plant manager for Structural Steel Hot Dip Galvanizing ( GCC experience preferred) Duties & Responsibilities : . Oversee the overall operation (Production, Quality, Sales, Maintenance & Safety) . Develop plans to ensure that the operation runs smoothly. . Manage Production and ensure profitable operation. . Customer Relation & attend customeraEUR(TM)s meeting. . Monitor of Sales operation. Approves quotation to customers. . Create and manage budgets. . Assists in the recruitment of new employees. . Assists in the training of new employees and old employees in other section of the plant. . Evaluate employees and suggests rooms for improvement . Collect and review data such as Production Output and Sales & Collection output. . Review and monitor raw material consumption. Monitoring of zinc prices and trends . Oversee production schedule to minimize customer complaint. . Perform routine safety checks on equipment. . Monitor maintenance department operation to avoid unnecessary downtime. . Analyze data and create reports to Top Management . Involves in the Quality Management System . Optimizing the whole operation. Please send your resume/CV
