Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
Lead and manage production, maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets.
Ensure strict compliance with
food safety regulations, ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, and QHSE requirements.
Optimize resources and control operational costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
Develop and coach staff to build a strong, motivated workforce.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
10 years of experience
in food manufacturing, with at least
5 years in a Plant/Factory Manager role.
Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001 Quality Management System, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English & Arabic.
