We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager with construction experience to oversee operations, maintenance, and safety of all plant equipment on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, coordinate resources, and maintain compliance with project timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall operations of the plant and heavy machinery at construction sites. Plan, schedule, and supervise equipment deployment for efficient project execution. Monitor equipment maintenance, performance, and repair schedules to minimize downtime. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Prepare reports on plant operations, resource utilization, and productivity. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for seamless workflow. Implement cost control measures while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline. 8+ years of experience in plant management within construction or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of construction machinery, equipment operations, and maintenance. Proficient in MS Office and project management software. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
