The Plant Manager is crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning and upkeep of our manufacturing plant. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving acumen, and leadership qualities to supervise all plant operations comprehensively. The Plant Manager works closely with the team to meet production goals, prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in, Electrical Engineering, complemented by proficiency in electrical controls. A minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Knowledge of concrete production processes, equipment maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
