We are looking for an experienced
Plant Manager
to lead operations at anAluminium Alloy Manufacturing Plant
, with strong hands-on expertise insecondary scrap processing, aluminium melting, and alloy ingot production
fordie-casting (engine applications)
.Qualification & Eligibility
? Bachelor of Engineering -
Mechanical / Metallurgy
? 5
+ years
of aluminium melting experience (mandatory)?
5-10 years
in scrap yard operations & metal melting industry?
Male | Age: 35-40 years
? Languages:
English, Hindi
Technical Expertise Required
Secondary Scrap - Aluminium Alloy Ingots
Alloy grades:
ADC12 | A356 | LM6 | LM4
Die-casting ingot production (Engine components)
End-to-end plant operations:
Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety & Compliance
Process optimization, cost efficiency & operational excellence
Strong leadership & shop-floor team management
