Business Support Manager : Jeddah, KSA Really good opportunity to work for a very talented Hospitality Professional as their Business Support Manager : we need someone who can provide top level assistance for this high level Executive, but also someone who is very passionate about people and delivering excellent service Business Support Manager Duties: * Business support to the development team including research, analytics, negotiations, contracts etc * Project Management support * Calendar management for executives * Aid executive in preparing for meetings * Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives * Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives * Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners * Screening and prioritizing incoming phone calls, requests and follow ups and assisting the Directors personal commitments as needed Ideal Candidate for this Business Support role must have: * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience * Minimum 2 years of administrative experience and / project management experience * Advanced Google Suite experience (GMail, calendar, docs, etc.) * Proficient in MS Office, Zoom and MS Teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience in managing multiple priorities, diary management, administrative coordination and logistics * Well:organized, detail:oriented, ability to multi:task with great follow:up skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills Get in touch:
