As a Plant Manager, you\'re to perform daily operations of plant to ensure reliability and consistency of production line. You\'re to contribute to the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole. You\'re to develops a strategic plan for the plant unit based upon the agreed strategic plan as a whole.
As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex long-term sales processes with high degrees of customization.
Handling very complex manufacturing processes.
Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Managing direct staff on their selection, training and development of plant supervisory and administrative roles
Leading a big manufacturing unit. Unit consistent of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience.
Have +10 years experience in Plant leadership position
Proven track record of success in implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
Have knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and fulfillment metrics, and procedure
Have knowledge of manufacturing API equipment
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have experience in expanding plant sites preferred
Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Have established project management skills.
