Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced
Ready Mix Concrete Plant Technician
with a strong technical background and hands-on expertise in plant operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have5+ years of proven experience in the UAE
within the ready-mix concrete industry.Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain ready-mix concrete batching plant equipment. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery. Ensure concrete production meets required quality standards and project specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of plant operations, repairs, and production logs.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience in UAE
ready-mix concrete plants. Strong knowledge of plant machinery, equipment troubleshooting, and safety procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills. Immediate availability preferred.Location:
