to support our batching plant maintenance operations in Fujairah. The role involves assisting mechanics and supervisors with day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support mechanics in routine maintenance and repair activities.
Handle and organize materials, tools, and supplies required for batching plant operations.
Perform general duties such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Assist in the setup and dismantling of plant equipment.
Monitor plant equipment and promptly report issues to supervisors.
Transport tools and spare parts within the plant area.
Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a batching plant, construction site, or maintenance environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and workplace safety practices.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
Plant-based role with routine exposure to machinery and construction environment.
Requires physical stamina and adherence to strict safety standards.
May involve overtime or shift work depending on operational needs.
