to support daily operations at our concrete batching/mixer plant and ensure smooth production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in operating and maintaining the concrete mixer plant
Help with loading/unloading of raw materials (cement, aggregates, additives)
Support cleaning and basic maintenance of plant equipment
Follow safety rules and site instructions
Assist operators and supervisors during production
Requirements:
Previous experience in concrete mixer or batching plant is an advantage
Ability to work in outdoor and site conditions
Physically fit and willing to perform manual work
Basic understanding of safety procedures
Team player with a good work attitude
Preferred:
Construction or ready-mix plant experience
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
