Job Description
A leading company is actively recruiting a Plant Head for their UAE office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and execute the site's operational strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Serve as the key point of contact for corporate, regulatory, and external stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing processes.
- Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of production, quality, and financial targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and manage site budgets
- Monitor financial performance, productivity, and cost control measures.
- Implement risk management strategies to maintain product safety and efficacy.
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Preferably with experience in aseptic or similar biologics manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
