Why we need you:

Overall responsibility for reporting financial performance of the Morocco Manufacturing operations for MSA.

Ensure that accurate and compliant financial reporting and analysis is provided to the management of the Plant; to support the EMEA management team and International MissionOps controller. Lead and advise other MSA team members in meeting the Plan for Cost of Sales and Other Cost of Sales to create value for our shareholders in decision-making.

Drive and oversee cost improvement initiatives for Morocco Manufacturing operations. As part of the Operation Finance Team work closely with OPEX and cross - functional teams on performance and process improvement projects.

What you will do - the role:

The Plant controller responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Support the plant manager in all areas of plant analysis and performance improvement Manage plant month/year end close process, ensure compliance with local and international standards, Perform cost analysis, understand root causes of variances and actively support plant Management Team to eliminate the unfavorable deviations from the Plan Provide costing of products and participate in SKUs optimization projects, cost reduction projects Support the plant manager in all areas of plant analysis and performance improvement Actively participate in the financial audit process and own the OPEX related part participate in the accounting and tax policy development, Review and analyze main OPEX financial KPIs and factory cost performance on a monthly basis and present it to the EMEA management team. Represent internal financial policies and procedures, ensure internal control are followed incl. SOX Provide accurate and timely information and reporting of financial information to meet internal and external requirements Complete the annual budget requirements for the plants (Conversion cost, Production and material variances phasing, OCOS) and prepare quarterly forecast And any other duties in line with the job role

The Plant controller will provide Strategic Business Support to the OPEX Community: To a strong and reliable Business Partner for the Plant Manager Support the Morocco Operations and the EMEA leadership team by leading functional reviews, strategy formulation initiatives, reporting and ad hoc analysis to drive key decision making / results to improve performance Act as Strategic Business partner to support the Morocco Operations and facilitate Monthly reviews, inventory controlling, in line with Operation Finance strategy. Drive pan-European controlling and analysis for the Standard costs, Variances and OCOS area to support transparency and performance as well as continuous improvement

People management / development: Provide guidance to the Operations and Accounting team on OPEX finance concepts Qualifications

Experience (required) Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA with a number of years' experience in a similar accounting role ERP system experience mandatory for FICO and MM good to have, SAP experience will be additional advantage IT familiarization e.g. Windows/Microsoft Office/SAP R3/Excel/Lotus Notes Practical Experience in a multinational accounts department Flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving working environment Ability to work autonomously within the remit set out by the Operations Controller, International High quality of output and attention to detail Fluent English

Experience (preferred) Experience of a manufacturing environment of a US multi-national company Education (required) Business Qualification - Degree level Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA Education (preferred) Accountancy Major/Accountancy qualification European Language Skills Travel Estimated, <10% required on an ad-hoc basis
