JD: The Planning Section Head is in charge of leading activities related to system planning in charge of assisting the Sector by highlighting key strategies for managing and monitoring risks to the energy sector, such as those related to energy security, technology, political, economic, environmental, and social factors. Produce and monitor a 7-year demand and supply outlook for power, water, and gas. Assist in the preparation of the annual system outlook report and manage the annual and mid-term assessment and monitoring of challenges to the Sector's energy security of supply and continuity of service, including provision of recommendations on strategies and measures to mitigate any such challenges
