You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your role will involve analyzing project requirements, creating schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans and schedules for mechanical engineering projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives. Create detailed project schedules, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues. Communicate project status updates to project team and management. Identify and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. Prepare project reports and documentation as required. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry. Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on schedule.
