Planning Manager (marine)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning and scheduling for a major marine works development project. This role is responsible for managing the project baseline, monitoring progress, coordinating across design, procurement, and construction, and ensuring timely delivery of all marine packages.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (design, procurement, marine construction, handover).
- Monitor progress of marine activities (dredging, piling, concrete, armour placement).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate interfaces between marine, temporary, and onshore works.
- Support risk management, delay analysis, and EOT/variation evaluations.
- 10+ years in construction planning, 5+ years in marine/coastal projects.
- Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Excel skills.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- UAE marine experience, PMP/PSP, and Power BI are a plus.
