The project:
This is a large residential community project in Dubai.
You'll be responsible for:
- Develops detailed plans considering site logistics and project constraints.
- Interfaces with project teams to support progress reporting and contractual obligations.
- Reviews productivity metrics to monitor and measure progress.
- Communicates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Integrates sustainable design and procurement into project programmes.
- Embeds health and safety considerations within planning processes.
- Oversees project work plans, deadlines, and team coordination.
- Supports net zero carbon goals by identifying and managing carbon impacts during delivery.
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e. CIOB, APM, PMI (or equivalent).
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
