Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience in the retail industry.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Plan and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of plans and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning or a related role in the retail industry.
- Education: Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with forecasting tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Open to Buy planning and retail inventory metrics
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
