Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed construction project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Monitor project progress against schedules and update timelines accordingly
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure workflow efficiency
Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions
Assist in resource planning, including labor, materials, and equipment
Prepare progress reports and communicate schedule status to stakeholders
Review and analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications for scheduling implications
Support risk management and mitigation strategies related to project timelines
Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and client requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in construction planning or project management
Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
